As Saints Row's release date approaches, a new tip came in from PlayStation Game Size, which unveiled dimensions on PS5 and PS4 and date of the game's preload. The latest PlayStation Game Size report has revealed the size of the PS5 and PS4 versions of Saints Row and the date of the digital versions' preload, scheduled for August 21, which is two days before the official launch of the Volition title.
From data extrapolated from the PlayStation database we learn that Saints Row on PS5 will take up 53.546 GB, while on PS4 it rises to 60.394 GB. According to the PlayStation Game Size report, the size is updated to version 1,001,000 (1.01 for PS4), but it is unclear whether or not there will be a classic day-one patch to download at launch. At the moment, however, no details for the digital versions of Saints Row for Xbox and PC consoles.
Saints Row will be available starting August 23, 2022 for consoles, PC and Google Stadia. This is a reboot of Volition's open world series that began in 2006, a return to classic origins but without sacrificing the over-the-top tones that distinguish the brand.
