Players may experience new heroes, maps, and cosmetics in Overwatch 2. With its first season of content, players can obtain the brand new playable hero Kiriko. Unlike in the original Overwatch, players won’t have immediate access to the new hero, and will have to unlock her. Here's how to make Kiriko available in Overwatch 2.
How to Unlock Kiriko in Overwatch 2
In Overwatch 2, Kiriko may be unlocked by either paying $10 for the battle pass or by using the free track.
You may instantly access Kiriko, Overwatch 2's newest support hero, if you acquire the battle pass. You must be level 55 if you decide to try to unlock her via the free track. As the battle pass has 80 tiers and you level up slowly via it, this will take a long time.
To speed up the process, you'll need to persevere through your daily and weekly tasks, but Kiriko won't be available to you until you've reached level 55.
If you were to miss Season One of Overwatch 2, you might still obtain Kiriko by completing special, as-yet-unannounced in-game tasks. Don't give up if you don't play right away. Even if you miss the season in which they were first released, there will always be a free option to get heroes. After the season is over, you can buy any heroes from the shop.
Players who buy the original Overwatch will also obtain Kiriko through their Founder's Pack, which needs to be redeemed by signing in before the end of Season Two, according to a blog post from Blizzard.
