Where to find Gowry's shack
Just south of Sellia, the Town of Sorcery, is Caelid, where you may find Gowry's Shack. The road from the northeast corner of Limgrave is the most straightforward route to take if you haven't already explored this area. Simply ignore everything and continue running while collecting the Sites of Grace.
Continue along the path to the north and walk through the huge gate once you've arrived at the Southern Aeonia Swamp Bank Site of Grace. Elden Ring Millicent location: Church of the Plague

Defeat the Godskin Apostle at Windmill Village
You must now proceed to Windmill Village in the Altus Plateau's north. The Godskin Apostle boss may be found at the top of the slender piece of land to the east after you've activated the Windmill Village Site of Grace. It is located close to a windmill. ELPHAEL, BRACE OF THE HALIGTREE
Meet Millicent at Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree
Once you obtain access to Miquella's Haligtree, you must cautiously descend its branches while fending off enormous ants and unfortunate Albinaurics. For melee characters, it can be a challenging region; I'd advise carrying a ranged attack to prevent rolling down the tree and dying.
You'll eventually begin to collide with structures close to the tree trunk. Once you encounter the boss, Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree, continue moving forward while navigating the adversaries. After you have defeated her, proceed into Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree.
Continue until you reach the Site of Grace's Prayer Room. Locate Millicent in the area, talk to her, and she will discuss Malenia.
ULCERATED TREE SPIRIT
Defeat the Ulcerated Tree Spirit mini-boss
Pass through Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree, and continue on. As you move deeper into the region, there are a ton of enemies to defeat. Following a number of disgusting Scarlet Rot pools, go on after arriving at the Elphael Inner Wall Site of Grace until you reach the Drainage Channel Site of Grace.
More Scarlet Rot may be found past the Drainage Channel, but this time an Ulcerated Tree Spirit is hiding in one that you must descend to. Even though it's disgusting, you must slay this Ulcerated Tree Spirit in order to further Millicent's mission.

You will receive the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia(opens in new tab), a talisman that dramatically increases attack power with future hits, if you follow the yellow summon sign and assist her in killing the NPCs.After that, you can either reload the game to find Millicent close to the location of the summoning signals or have a nap at the Drainage Channel Site of Grace once more. Talk to her, take a break or reload, and when you go back, you'll discover her dead body. Her Unalloyed Gold Needle item may be looted for, and you can use it to get Miquella's Needle.
Elden Ring Miquella's needle: How to get it
After selecting the yellow summon sign in the step above to get the Unalloyed Gold Needle, you must advance into the Ephael, Brace of the Haligtree region.And defeat the optional Shardbearer, Malenia. When you do, the Flame of Frenzy will mark you and your eyes will turn yellow.
If you carry on and don't finish Millicent's questline, you will be compelled to accept this ending. But if you support her in her mission, you can put an end to the Flame of Frenzy.
Tame the flame of frenzy with Miquella's needle
You must enter the boss room for Dragonlord Placidusax with Miquella's Needle to unlock the lock on your character for the Flame of Frenzy ending (opens in new tab).
You can only fully access Farum Azula, home of the Dragonlord, after dealing with the Forge of the Giants in the Mountaintops of the Giants. Once there, proceed normally until you reach the Site of Grace beside the Great Bridge. After that, proceed through the beastmen, down the nearby elevator, down the stairs, and outside. Walk directly outside as if you were walking off the map, and when you glance down, you will see a path of rocks. As soon as you land, run in the direction of the tornado until you come across a piece of the building. To start a cinematic that sends you to the boss room, stand on the area of it that is empty and interact with it.
To tame the Flame of Frenzy in the boss area, equip Miquella's Needle or use it in your menu and choose yes.You can now continue playing the game normally without being compelled to accept that resolution since Melina has been saved.
