Everyone had great expectations for Arkane Studio's Deathloop, and it pretty well lived up to them. The game was a PlayStation 5 exclusive when it was first released. It was a limited-time exclusive, though, and the Xbox version would eventually follow. Deathloop has now also been revealed on Game Pass.
Deathloop on the Xbox Game Pass
This is primarily because Microsoft now owns Bethesda Studios, the parent company of Arkane. Therefore, Deathloop is now officially a Microsoft game. The game's impending availability on the Xbox Game Pass was already the subject of rumors. Recently, a Reddit member discovered a game advertisement on the dashboard of the Xbox shop.

The exclusivity has now officially ended, and on September 20th, Deathloop will be available on Xbox Game Pass. The first-person assassination game by Arkane was previously available for PC users, but it is now also available for Xbox players.
An longer finale DLC is among the brand-new content additions for Deathloop.
The plot of the Game
Colt, the protagonist of Deathloop, is a time-looped assassin tasked with killing eight Visionaries on the island before midnight because if he leaves even one alive, the time loop would reset and undo his work. The player navigates the game environment utilizing a combination of stealth, parkour, attack skills, weapons, gadgets, and abilities, just like in Arkane's prior Dishonored and Prey titles.
The four time periods in Deathloop are morning, noon, afternoon, and evening. As you travel across the island's four districts—Updaam, Karl's Bay, Fristad Rock, and The Complex—time advances. Deathloop's time loop is not precisely timed; rather, it is made to give players more leeway and time to eliminate these eight targets in a single loop.
The majority of the reviews for the game have been positive from players and critics alike. A few flaws and sporadic crashes existed, but these were later fixed. Xbox users will now have the ability to explore the time loop and succeed in escaping it. On September 20, 2022, the game will be accessible on PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass.
