Respawn Entertainment is bringing a new esports league for Apex Legends players to enjoy. The new esports league will be both online and local to be appealing for all audiences.

The esports league, known as Global Series, will be a series of online tournaments. After the online tournaments, there will be on-stage and live events around the world. For the first year of the Global Series, the number of planned live events is 12. The total prize the players will receive is set at over $3 million.

For now, the Global Series is only available for the PC platform. On the other hand, we believe that console players may also see the event in the future. The first online tournament of the esports league will be held on 25 January 2020. If you want to register, do not forget that there is a deadline for it.
